Four minutes, before
you decide anything.
The outer ring is the whole day — noon at the top, midnight at the bottom — with our four anchor sittings marked on it. The inner ring is one breath: in, hold, out, rest. Follow the bead and let the studio clock run behind it.
Set your pace.
A full round is one breath. Sixteen seconds suits most people at rest; slow it down to twenty-four if you sit regularly, speed it up if sixteen feels long. Nothing is recorded, nothing is sent.
Countdown to the next anchor sitting, from your device clock.

One room, one tree,
nine years.
STILL GARDEN started in 2017 as a courtyard behind a print shop, with six mats borrowed from a neighbour and a tree that was already there. We kept the tree and built the room around it.
There is no mirror wall, no leaderboard and no music you have to talk over. Classes are capped at twelve so that a teacher can reach everyone in the room twice. Floors are heated from October to April; the garden doors stay open whenever the air allows.
We teach slow, unhurried shapes. If you have not moved in a year, start with Beginner Foundations — four Tuesdays, same twelve people, same teacher.
Nadia
Teaches the Tuesday and Friday flows. Trained in Kerala and Lisbon, 2,600 hours on the mat as a teacher. Keeps the tree alive.
Elin
Came from physiotherapy and still thinks like one. Runs Breath & Stillness and the restorative evenings; good with injuries and returning bodies.
Tomas
Mornings are his. Ex-climber, so he explains shoulders better than anyone here. Plays the two bowls on Sunday afternoons.
What people say
on the way out.
“I came for my back and stayed for the quiet. Twelve mats means the teacher actually sees you, and nobody has ever told me to push through anything.”
“The 6:45 mobility class is the only reason my mornings work. Out by 7:40, at my desk by eight, shoulders finally behaving.”
“I had not exercised in six years and was dreading it. The four-week foundations course fixed that — same room, same faces, no performance.”
Where to find us.
Through the green door beside the flower shop, down the passage, and the courtyard opens up. Arrive ten minutes early for your first class.

Before your first class
Prefer to talk?
Reasonable questions.
Anything else, call +1 (555) 023-7741 or ask at the desk before class.
I have never done yoga. Which class do I start with?
Beginner Foundations, four Tuesdays at 18:30 for $96 — same twelve people and the same teacher each week. If the dates do not work, any Slow Flow is fine: tell us at the desk and you will be put near the front where Nadia can see you.
Do I need to bring a mat?
No. Mats, bolsters, cork blocks, straps, blankets and towels live in the studio and are cleaned between classes. Bring water if you like; there is a tap and glasses by the door.
What if I have to cancel?
Cancel free up to four hours before the class, from the link in your confirmation or by phone. Inside four hours the class is counted, except for illness — just tell us.
Is the studio suitable during pregnancy or with an injury?
Often yes, but it depends on the class and the stage. Write it in the booking notes and Elin will reply with two or three classes that fit, or suggest a private hour at $70 before you join a group.
