What you see below is what is charged at the desk: the work, the products used on the day, the wash and the finish. Long or very thick hair is quoted at consultation, never added quietly at the end.
Consultation with dry hair first, then wash, cut and a finish you can repeat at home. We show you the two ways the shape falls before you leave.
One shade, root to tip or roots only, finished with an acidic gloss so the tone settles evenly and the ends do not go dull.
Hand-painted lightening, foil work or a correction of someone else's colour. Quoted after a strand test; the estimate we give at the test is the one we hold.
A two-step treatment for hair that has been lightened more than twice this year. Added to a colour visit, or booked on its own between appointments.
Smooth, soft-wave or a set finish. Ask for the low-heat version if your colour is fresh — the result holds just as long.
Nail prep without soaking, a thin structured layer and a shape that keeps its corners. Colour or bare finish costs the same.
Soak, full heel and nail work, a short massage to the knee and a finish of your choice. Booked as a pair with a manicure at a reduced rate.
Mapped to your own bone line, then waxed or tweezed and tinted a half-shade softer than your hair so the shape reads and the colour does not.
Lightened hair is hair with less holding it together. Drag the strands below, switch the tone, put the dryer on them — each one is solved, not looped from a video. It is the same arithmetic we use when we decide how far your ends can go.
You book a person, not a slot. If your stylist is away, we say so when you book and offer the colleague who knows your file — we do not move you quietly to whoever is free.
Whether it is a thirty-minute brow appointment or a four-hour correction, the shape of the visit does not change.
Before anything is wet we look at what grows out of your head today: density, porosity, the last three things that were done to it. For colour we take a strand test from the nape and time it.
A double wash, a short scalp massage and a pre-treatment matched to what the strand test showed. Reclining basins, a cover for your shoulders, tea if you want it.
Cutting, painting, foils, gel, whatever you came for. Your stylist tells you where she is in the plan at each stage, so there is no silent hour under foil.
The finish, then ten minutes where the drying is shown to you on your own head, with the dates of your next gloss and cut written on a card.

Last colour appointment starts two hours before closing; last cut, one hour. Sunday is nails and brows only.
