The 3D build above follows the same order. You get a site visit at every stage and a weekly photo report in between.

Built by bricklayers, not by spreadsheets
Brickwork Estates started in 2004 as a three-person bricklaying crew in Alderbrook. We still lay our own brick: no house on Kestrel Row is subcontracted from the slab up.
We build around forty homes a year, and never more than we can walk every week. That is why 97% of last year's homes were handed over on or before the contract date.

Frequently asked
Can I change the floor plan?
Yes, within the structure. Moving internal walls, merging rooms and changing the kitchen layout are free if agreed by week 8. Changes to external walls need a new permit and are quoted separately.
What is included in the build price?
Everything listed in "What's included": finished kitchen and bathrooms, flooring, heat pump, turfed garden and driveway. The plot is priced separately, and optional upgrades are priced in advance.
How long does it take from reservation to keys?
Between 32 and 44 weeks depending on the plan. The Harrier takes 39 weeks. Your contract carries a completion date, and we pay a daily allowance if we miss it.
Can I visit my home while it is being built?
Yes. We book a guided site walk at groundworks, weathertight and pre-handover, and you can request extra visits with 48 hours notice. Safety boots and helmets are provided.
