I am nervous about the dentist. What can you do?
Tell us when you book. We add ten minutes to your visit, explain each step before we do it, agree a stop signal, and offer headphones and nitrous oxide if you want it.
Will my insurance cover the first visit?
With most PPO plans the new patient exam, X-rays and cleaning are covered at or near 100%. We check your exact benefits before the appointment and tell you any cost up front.
What happens if I have pain after hours?
Call (555) 014-2290. A Northlight dentist calls back within 30 minutes, 7 days a week, and books you into a held same-day slot on the next working day, or sooner if needed.
Do you see children?
Yes, from the first tooth. Kids' visits are 30 minutes, cleanings and exams are 20% below the adult range, and parents can stay in the room.
